Do entrepreneurship and spirituality necessarily go hand in hand?
Over the past few years, we’ve witnessed a significant rise in the number of spiritual entrepreneurs. It’s become a powerful movement. But I’ve been feeling the call to question: do entrepreneurship and spirituality necessarily go hand in hand?
Here are some reflections.
Entrepreneurship is often associated with high-stakes behaviour: bold risk-taking, financial uncertainty, and cycles of boom and bust. It can be fast, intense, and focused on external outcomes.
But the spiritual path is quite different. It draws us inward into deep self-awareness, healing, and alignment with our true soul self. When we’re not living from that place of authenticity, things in life begin to feel “off.” That discomfort can become the catalyst for transformation. We begin to question, challenge, go deeper, and re-align with what’s real and true for us.
Every person holds a unique frequency, a cosmic imprint chosen at birth that was perfect for us to unfold over time. We’re each encoded with different speeds of energy, different messages to deliver, different soul contracts, and different timelines for creation and manifestation.
Some people are here to complete missions that began many lifetimes ago. Others are only just beginning something they won’t finish in this lifetime. Some souls, often entrepreneurs who rise fast, work in short, potent bursts. They may be creating something massive that turns out to be obsolete in five years. Others build slowly, over decades or even across generations and lifetimes.
We are not all meant to work the same way. Our soul purposes, messages, audiences, and timelines are deeply individual.
And the only way we can truly know our way is by going inward, through deep self-discovery. The spiritual path invites us to slow down and tune into our eternal soul. It asks us to see life from a much longer-range perspective. This is especially true when working with multidimensional awareness. We may begin to sense the arc of our soul’s journey across many incarnations.
This is what makes Astrology such a powerful tool.
By observing long-range planetary cycles and how they’ve interacted with our personal chart, we can understand how certain energies have unfolded over time. We begin to see what they’ve been trying to teach us.
For example, Uranian energy is fast and electric, bringing downloads and sudden insights. Pluto, on the other hand, brings deep transformation over years or decades. It slowly strips away everything false.
Understanding how these energies function in your chart gives you access to profound self-knowledge. You begin to see how you, as the creator of your life, are uniquely wired to move energy, birth ideas, and express your truth.
Right now, we are in a particularly powerful collective moment. We’re closing out a long Saturnian cycle, and Pluto is retrograde. I’m witnessing many people dismantling old beliefs, assumptions, and matrix-conditioned ideas about what it means to be in business, especially within the spiritual world.
There’s a deep clarification process happening.
And for those who don’t naturally resonate with risk, speed, or hustle, or who have experienced trauma from those dynamics, it’s OK if entrepreneurship doesn’t feel like your path.
Your soul may be saying, “not that way” for a very good reason.
There is value in safety.
In comfort.
In stability.
Your path may be more attuned to building within community — to collaboration, mutual respect, and shared power, not competition and cut-throat strategies. After all, much of modern management theory was developed from military strategy. Slaying the competition might not actually be your authentic spiritual path.
One of my own deepest gifts is that I sit outside of time, observing from a multidimensional lens. I call in ancient codes and bring soul memories through my body. Yes, this way of being can make linear life and relationships a little haywire. This is why healing from lightworker trauma is ongoing work.
But it’s also what allows me to support others in seeing their true essence, including their unique speeds. It’s why my astrology guidance is always geared to meeting each person where they are, how they are. I honour your pace, your desires, and how to live and work in a way that aligns with your deepest truth and highest frequency.
So if the entrepreneurial path feels shaky or unclear to you right now, just pause. Reflect. Go within.
Not all souls came here to scale, monetise, and produce at speed.
Some are here to anchor something deeper, more eternal.
You’re not here to be a copy.
You’re here to remember who you are.
Loving you across lifetimes,
Rachel
