Hi everyone! Yes my Facebook personal profile has been obliterated, suspended, gone. And I feel amazing!
There’s still a bit of work to do in terms of re-connecting with the people in my world with whom I communicate regularly and we do 99% of that on Facebook. This is a big reason for this message in case anyone comes to find out what’s going on. No I didn’t ghost you or block you, yes I’m still alive and well.
First port of call please check your emails – including junk and spam. If you are currently working with me in one of my groups I have been sending emails with 100% delivery rate so please do check your junk and spam boxes!
So WTF happened?
Well, the suspension issue appears to be a specific h4cking technique where someone repeatedly tries to access your account (and email) by linking your profile to their BS dodgy Instagram account. Whoever did it has tried enough times to get me suspended from Facebook.
One thing I’m really clear on is that I won’t be begging at the door of Meta to be let back in! Let me in, let me in! Haha. (Wuthering Heights reference).
The biggest surprise for me is that I feel suddenly and remarkably REALLY WELL! Positive unexpected physical symptoms in the stomach and sacral chakras, as though my energy has been fully reclaimed and zipped back up. So goodness knows what unseen energy is lurking on that platform if I feel SO much better now that it’s gone completely.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey on Facebook these past 17 or 18 years. Many of you have been with me for a long time and witnessed me through massive life transformations. When people said Facebook groups were dead, mine were always alive. So many of you have been part of keeping them alive so thank you!
Getting TF out of your Comfort Zone
One thing for sure, I’d lately been operating in my comfort zone on FB. I’d become really okay with saying absolutely anything. No fear. That’s partly owing to my own inner work on full self expression – and I probably have to acknowledge that Facebook is not the place to do that, right? The level of conversations I was having in DMs considering the listening that goes on there, were probably a bit far out for the level of control and censorship that platform desires and have likely made me a target.
I have no regrets and will go and find other outlets and creative avenues where I can be outspoken.
PLUTO’S LAST STAND
It has not escaped my attention that my exile happened THE SAME DAY as Pluto moved direct in Capricorn for the last 5 weeks EVER! Ah my old friend Pluto who only became seen in 1930. The ever present lingering little fucker waiting to disrupt all our lives. We have felt you forever across all our lifetimes haven’t we? Despite you lurking in the dark waiting to blindside us with our next individual and collective transformation.
Pluto (power, control, abuse, obliteration, reinvention, death cycle) bringing its energy to Capricorn (patriarchal power, and how we organize our structures and systems, business, corporations, institutions, rules, regulations, red tape, censorship, safety, security, strong foundations)
LIVING FULL OUT
I have no regrets. None. I’ve lived full out on that platform and I hope some of you will feel I brought light and life to some sticky old situations. The Age of Aquarius has a totally different vibration. Remember we trained for this for lifetimes. Everything that you have done and been in THIS life relates directly to what is happening in your life at this time.
We are at a huge culmination point and turning point, individually and collectively.
Any technology that does not bring me a safe secure foundation does not belong in my life. You can read that sentence back with the words person, institutions, groups, ethos and energies to replace the word technology. Do not fear and do not be surprised if you experience a CLEARING type energy at this time. Same goes for the people around you. They will need your help and support to understand that these energies are happening FOR THEM not TO them.
INTENTION. At the last solar eclipse (new moon in Libra) I asked for everything that is not in my highest path to be removed from my life. Isn’t it perfect that Facebook has gone?!
